The draw for the Second Round of the Sussex Transport Senior Cup was broadcast by BBC Radio Sussex on Wednesday 18 September 2024 and on X.

The draw was hosted by BBC Sussex’s, Johnny Cantor, with Alex Pulford, drawing the home teams, and Stan Smith, drawing the away teams, both representatives from competition sponsors Sussex Transport.
